Commonly translated documents:

Three ways to interpret for you:

  • Onsite interpreting

    • The interpreter will physically come to the site designated by the client to deliver the service

  • Telephone interpreting

    • The service will be provided remotely via a phone call

  • Video interpreting

    • The service will be provided remotely via a video conferencing call

Minimum booking period:

  • Onsite interpreting: 1 hour

  • Telephone interpreting: 30 minutes

  • Video interpreting: 1 hour

  • How long does it take to translate one document?
    The turnaround time for a translation job depends on factors such as the word count and complexity of the document, as well as the availability of the translator. Generally, a one-page certificate will only take two business days to deliver once the job is confirmed. Handz Translation also provides express translation service with an express fee if the translation is urgently needed.
  • How much does it cost to hire an interpreter from Handz Translation?
    Similar to the case of translation, the cost of an interpreting job also depends on several factors, such as the length of the time required, the technicality of the content, the delivery mode of the service, etc. Generally, jobs that require more preparation time will cost more, and onsite interpreting costs more than telephone or video interpreting due to time required for traveling.     Generally, it is very difficult to give an accurate cost estimation without having a look at the document first, because the cost of a document translation depends on many factors, including but not limited to the length of the text, the complexity of the content, how much typesetting will be required, and how urgent the translation is required to be delivered. At Handz, a minimum of A$30 will be charged to translate a document.   • How do I pay for the service?
    You can opt to pay by cash if you drop by the office to collect the paper documents; or you can pay by bank transfer. You may also pay by Wechat or Alipay depending on the circumstances.
