Who we are
Handz Translation is a forward-thinking, people-focused Chinese translation and interpreting service based in Gold Coast, Queensland. We provide professional and cost-efficient translation and interpreting services to our clients across Australia and the globe.
We have in-depth experience and knowledge in providing commercial, medical and legal translation and interpreting services. We are recognized by our clients as their trusted communication facilitator and a commitment to deliver excellence in everything we do.
Our goal is to use our service as a force for good and to make a positive impact in our community and the world.
What we do
We provide translation and interpreting services between Chinese and English languages. Our translators and interpreters are experienced and NAATI certified.
We can help you translate documents, including but not limited to personal documents (passport, birth certificates, driver's license, police check, education certificates, grade reports, medical records, chat records, and any other documents you may require us to translate), business brochures, website contents, social media posts, letters, notices, business contracts, legal documents, etc.
We can also help to facilitate communication. By engaging our interpreting services, we can help you understand speeches (at a school, business meeting, guided tour, an event, etc.) and communicate smoothly with the other party who speaks a different language (when you see a doctor, talk to your child's teacher, talk to a banker, check out a shop, travel, speak to a police officer, etc.).

Candice has been working in translation for over 7 years, and in interpreting for 4 years. Most of the jobs she has completed were related to medical and legal fields. She has also received formal training in environmental engineering, public health, and construction management, which will contribute to her performance of works when it comes to these industries. Candice is dedicated and detail-oriented with high standards of performance and ethics.

Jane is a professionally trained Chinese translator and interpreter. Her Chinese renditions of English texts were often top of class whilst she was studying, and her excellent performance was well praised during her professional practice as well. Jane has worked on multiple translation projects for government departments such as Department of Health and Human Services Victoria, Service NSW, Victorian Fisheries Authority, etc.

Joyce started working as a freelance interpreter and translator in Shanghai in 2015. Over the years, she has accumulated rich experience in commercial, medical and legal settings as an interpreter and a translator. As she continues to practice nursing over the past few years, Joyce has developed a specialty in medical translating and interpreting. Clients speak highly of her for her well-founded medical knowledge and professionalism as a translator and interpreter.
